Larry Glick:
Larry Glick has over 30 years in the criminal justice field. After 11 years as the Executive Director of the NTOA, and the NTOA Foundation, Larry assumed a new and more focused role as the Training Director for the Abington Township Police Department, Montgomery County, PA. Larry recently formed the International Tactical Officers Training Association (ITOTA). Jeff Lee:
Jeff Lee is a professional trainer and consultant in martial arts, safety management and law enforcement. Although he has spent his adult life studying combat martial arts, Jeff was also a law enforcement officer for eleven years. During his tenor, his duties included: patrol, prosecutor liaison, drug investigations/strike force, SWAT and hand-to-hand combat instructor. Jeff has consulted and trained with several police and military special operation officers. In addition, Jeff serves as a pastor of a church.

Rick Lopez:
Rick brings three decades of law enforcement experience to the table. He has spent much of his time in specialized units within the Los Angeles Police Department. Some of these include SWAT, gangs and narcotics. In addition to his work with LAPD Rick also teaches local and federal agencies in the art of manual breaching. Matt is a 19 year member of law enforcement. He has 13 years of SWAT experience, with ten of them as a Team Leader. Patrick Lanham
Patrick Lanham is a freelance photographer based in St. Louis.  For nearly 20 years, Patrick has been photographing law enforcement officers.  Capturing the hard work and the dedication of the police force within a powerful photograph is what Patrick strives for and has been recognized for.  Having two brothers and close friends in law enforcement have been a great motivational influence towards his endeavors.

During the past several years Patrick has specifically worked with the St. Louis County police department’s SWAT, K-9 and air-support unit.  His work is featured on their website and is used in promotional posters for fund raisers. 

In addition to his law enforcement interest, Patrick also has a profound passion as a photographer of fine art.  His work has been shown in numerous galleries throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area.
